About Us
"Storytellers" is a performing arts enrichment program founded by Noelle Proffit and Jake Martin.
Noelle Proffit is a ballet and tap teacher for ages 2-15. She prioritizes creativity and childhood development in her classroom. She has an interdisciplinary creative background that includes directing and writing theatre productions, songwriting and performing in music projects, and creating visual artworks for use in theatre and alongside her other writing projects. Her work with children also includes choreographing musical productions and teaching original curriculum for art camps.
Jake Martin is a music instructor with a background in theater and performing arts education. He has worked with students of all ages, sharing his passion for performing arts through group classes and private instruction. He has extensive experience working with community enrichment programs, summer workshops, and music schools in California and Massachusetts, where he is originally from. He is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and performer who has played with a wide variety of music acts.
